Pitch

As intercultural exchanges grow in a globalised world, prejudices can severely hinder the experiences of individuals. This interactive 4-walled room installation will use projections to create a desert environment that unfolds an animated story about the importance of empathy as a tool to overcome prejudices by creating an emotional bond between the user and the protagonist. Through the choices that the user makes for the protagonist, the user will see how their assumptions about the protagonist are harmful and how developing empathy for the protagonist and a desire to understand them, results in a better outcome for both the story and the user-character relationship.
